2011 A.D.:  Our Human Teeth

It seems that teeth may be designed to not only function, but to represent the two covenants, the Mosaic and the New Covenant of Jesus, baby teeth and adult teeth respectively.  See what you think!

After you have looked at the picture, if you still remember this, consider the following, from a dental point of view:

"The ax is already at the root of the trees, and any tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire."  Luke 3:9

I think that Jesus meant this as a warning to Jerusalem (Rome used the ax as one of its symbols, and in 70 A.D. Rome destroyed Jerusalem, a city in which the Christians were reviled more than listened to.)  But look how else it sort of applies:

Acts sounds like ax.  And teeth have roots.  The Book of Acts has 28 chapters, and chronologically, it's events basically marked the end of the Old Covenant and the beginning of the New Covenant.  There are 28 adult teeth that show up first, before the 4 'wisdom' teeth.  Likewise, the events in the 28 chapters of the Book of Acts occurred prior to the writing of the 4 Gospels, which are sort of the 4 wisdom books of Jesus.

The Old Covenant is reflected in our baby teeth.  (the picture below explains how I mean that).  The Book of Acts basically displaced those 'baby teeth' removing them roots and all. (New bags for new wine).  So, in a sense, 'Acts' was laid to the 'root' of the old teeth (meaning the Old Covenant.)

So how could we 'men', we trees, produce good fruit if the ax was laid to the root already?  Maybe because there was a new covenant offered to us, under which we could try to make 'good fruit' for God the Father and Jesus, through the Holy Spirit.  But if so, we better not squander the chance to make good fruit (produce other Christians) or we will not stand in the judgement, but rather we will be 'thrown into the fire'.

Back to teeth:  our teeth are covered by 'enamel' skins that protect and prevent 'decay'.  In the Old Covenant men were covered by 'animal' skins, so to speak.  The blood shed by innocent sacrificial animals was their 'protective covering' for their sins.  And in the New Covenant, under Jesus, we Christians wear 'Emmanuel' skins for our spiritual protective covering.  Emmanuel was one of the prophesied names of Jesus, and it is Jesus' shed blood that gives us a protective covering of righteousness and purity, purity being signified by the color white.  So, teeth have 'enamel' skins.  Mosaic Law relied on 'animal' coverings; spiritual coverings provided by animals.  The New Covenant relies on coverings provided by 'Immanuel'.  Did God see the English language coming from a long way off, or what??  Of course, this could all be imagination, speculatory thoughts not intended by God.  Hope not!!

Here's a last thought before you look at the picture:  the number 66 seems associated with the rescue of God's people I think...just an opinion.  There are 66 Books in the Protestant's Bible's, and it's a love story of Jesus trying to rescue and marry his faulted fallen bride.  There are 66 chapters in Isaiah, called the 'little Bible' and it speaks of the same sort of thing...God trying to get Israel to repent and turn back to Him before it is too late.  In A.D. 66 the Christians fled Jerusalem (because they saw the signs Jesus told them to look for) just in time.  The Romans soon destroyed the city and a giant percentage of the Jewish people of Israel.  Joseph saved 66 descendants of Jacob by bringing them to Egypt where he could feed them, it says in Genesis.  Feet, the end of our body, have 66 joints.  In the Book of Daniel the feet at the bottom of a certain man shaped statue called the 'colossus' represented the end of time, when God rescues His imperiled people from experiencing the worst of the tribulation.  If our human design does the same, then feet are the end times, and they feature the number 66.  And there is more.

And who is it that God saves?  Those who are 'in Covenant' with Him.  The covenants provide a way for God to feed and wash His sheep, His flock, to keep them acceptable to Him, for one thing.  So, whether it's the Old Covenant people, or the New Covenant people, God loves them and rescues them from destruction just in time, if they stay in Covenant, it they are His willing bond slaves, His followers, His servants, His Bride!  And our teeth reflect those Covenants, I believe.  The Covenants are a love story between a husband and an errant bride.  The Bible has a book like that....it is called "The Song of Solomon".  So, keeping in mind what I mentioned about the number 66 being related to God rescuing His bride (the Israelites, the Christians) here is Chapter 6, verse 6 of the Song of Solomon:

6

Thy teeth are as a flock of sheep which go up from the washing, whereof every one beareth twins, and there is not one barren among them.

End Quote.  It involves sheep, washing sheep, teeth, the number 66, it is part of a love story between a groom and a bride....it's awesome when you think about it.  But, still, it's just speculation that there's a connection.  Yet, it's something to think about.....God's Word is endlessly deep!

Hello,

I personally believe that realizing how many great deeds of God have actually occurred through out history will lead some people to be saved giving their life to Christ.  If you agree, then please, take the time to be a 'missionary', to love your neighbor enough to care about their soul.  Please mention and recommend visiting the Deeds of God website on any social media sites that you belong to.  Tell a favorite account to your friends or family, and tell them where you read it.  To know God is to stand in awe of Him, but too few people know Him today.  Accounts like these are yet another way to come to know Jesus and the Holy Father, and the Spirit of Truth that helps us understand.  Thank you.  Dan Curry
