2024 A.D.:  The Great Yearly Journey of the Earth and Moon Around the Sun, and the Great 40 Year Journey of God's Newly Chosen People In the Sinai Peninsula Desert (a journey they were forced to take because the 12 spies they sent into the promised land for 40 days returned and scared them into disobeying God's command to go take the promised land!) Correlate Mathematically In the Oddest and Most Unlikely Ways, Yet In Context!

        Above, a picture of the beautiful, colorful, gorgeously ornamented Earth, orbiting in amazing engineered safety, a planet paradoxically abounding with abundant life and provision in the desolation of bleak, deadly outer space conditions!  Or, as our inter-galactic mega-genius scientists would explain to you:  "Gosh, look what created itself through a series of fortunate accidents, against all mathematical probability, without the input of any sort of intelligent Creator, using our Secret Scientific Sauce: Enormous Amounts of Time!"

     Synopsis:  I know the picture above rounds off the number of days in a year to 365, but it is a good picture none the less!  And also, the number 365 is how many calendar days are in 75% of our years, 3 out of every 4 essentially.  We change the calendar every fourth year...on years that are evenly divisible by 4, to give February a 29th day, for a total that year of 366 days, but most years have 365 days on the calendar as we know.  An exception, using our currently accepted Gregorian calendar, is that at the beginning of each new century, such as the year 1700 A.D., or 1800 A.D., etc., we don't add a 29th day to February even though it's divisible by 4.  But...there is an exception to that also!  At the beginning of centuries divisible by 400, such as the year 1600 A.D., 2000 A.D., or 2400 A.D., we would go ahead and add that 29th day onto February to keep the calendar correct and in sync with the solar orbital year.  Confused yet?  But here's what's weird...very, very weird actually:  a lot of these numbers inter-relate with the yearly orbital distance of the Earth around the sun, generally given by common reference sources as 584 million miles, when it is measured in miles, even though the two things...miles and days...ought by all rights to have no real mathematical connection or relationship what so ever if the universe was created by accidents and not by the Father Almighty working through His Son Jesus.  Examples of these unlikely oddities:  divide Earth's yearly sojourn distance (584,000,000 miles) by the duration of ancient Israel's epic sojourn in the Sinai Peninsula (exactly 40 years to the day) and you get 14,600,000.   Divide that by 1000 because scripture says that, with the Lord, a day is like 1000 years and 1000 years is like a day.  But more importantly, because in the preceding chapter in Deuteronomy 7:9 God said this:⁹ Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.  For those reasons, let's divide 14,600,000 by 1,000. That equals 14,600.   Now Divide that number by 40 because all of that 40 years of wandering they had to do was because, just after fleeing Egypt and crossing the divided Red Sea, they sent 12 Israelite spies from their encamped location in the desert into the promised land to spy out that land, and after 40 days of spying they returned and the majority...but not Caleb or Joshua...reported that going into the promised land and taking it over like God commanded them to was too frightening to undertake because the people there were too fearsome to conquer.  That made God angry at their lack of courage and their lack of faith in Him, and He made them march the Sinai for 40 years until that generation of trembling hearts...but for Caleb and Joshua...were all dead.  So divide that remaining 14,600 by the 40 days of spying and you get 365.  And through some strange "coincidence" this number...365...is the number of days in the usual calendar year.  And look...you can talk all that you want to about chance and coincidence...but that is bizarre as can be.  There is not only mathematical correlation and relationship, but there is congruence of scriptural context, because you are talking about the planet's great journey and comparing it to the escaped Israelites great 40 year journey in the Sinai.  God may have built His universe to be 'prophetic'.  I have actually found so much stuff like this, in these passages and elsewhere, that I have no doubt at all that God built the universe, the Creation, to display His splendor, to illustrate that He foresaw the end from the beginning, and to silence that portion of the Scientific community that was God-denying at the appropriate time so that His people would not be misled by that portion of His children who had become scientists but also lost touch with the truth of their origins. 

     God didn't tell me with His audible voice that these are intended spiritual meanings.  I have no idea if this is the actual symbolic relationship God intended each number to represent if God indeed even did 'bake sacred meanings into the pie' of our planetary year and voyage.  I feel, personally, that the evidence becomes overwhelming that He did though!  After all...wow!  What are the mathematical chances of this (and so many Physics related facts like this) being accidental and yet so scripturally relatable?   

     I feel that this is yet another proof of God being our Creator in an age when overly respected scientists are trying to hijack His amazing accomplishments and attribute them to chance so that they can steal away His position as the Ultimate Authority In All Things.   And which enemy of God is behind such things, ultimately?  It is always Satan.  And Satan has to hide his activities at least a little bit in order to get people to fall into his traps and schemes, because all that he eventually has to offer is eternity in Hell; it's a little hard to get people to accept that vacation package, even in an evil age.  So he mixes his lies with some truths, just as fish hooks must have a worm on them and mouse traps must have some cheese on them.  And in the same way, we know science has produced many conveniences that we like, and made many discoveries that interest us.  But if in the end they convince us that believing in Jesus and the Father and the Holy Spirit is silly and primitive because Their existence has now been disproven by the powerful and authoritative discoveries of science, then any good that comes to us from science may as well be a worm on the hook of eternal damnation...the cheese placed on the mouse traps that has been set and placed to destroy our souls, so to speak. 

     Satanists...scientists.  Scientists...Satanists.   Is it coincidence that the two words contain such phonetic similarity?  Or is that proud, haughty Satan wanting at least some people, perhaps beings in Heaven, to know that this twisting of science's purpose into a chief misguider of human souls is his dark and wicked accomplishment; perhaps he knows how many science-admiring human souls have already, and will in the future, surrender their belief in the Creator, and the Son and Savior named Jesus that the Father sent to all humans to present them with a path to salvation.  Modern science might not have any fans in Heaven, and in Hell be loved only by the administrators, but by none of the residents.  

     But back to this article's core focus!  The Earth makes a great journey each year around the sun, a 365.256 day journey we are told, and we all know this as "ONE YEAR".  It is our planet's 'epic journey'.  It brings us back to the same place on the calendar, the same place with respect to our circuit around the sun, that we were located at one year previously...at least that is one perspective.  Admittedly, there are a lot of moving and traveling parts and components of the universe.  But, this "YEAR" unit that we observe is time honored and works wonderfully for farming and time keeping, possibly its two most important uses.  But how far of a journey is it?  What distance does the Earth cover with respect solely to that circuit around the sun?

     If you search it, the common answer for how far Earth travels around the sun in an exact year is usually given as 584 million miles.  The moon (which travels this whole distance with the Earth, but which does about 13.37 orbits around the Earth during this period) does about 1.5 million more miles of travel than the Earth during a year's time because it circles Earth as it orbits the sun.  So, the Earth (with all of God's human people upon it...all of the people of God) travels 584 million miles each year, and the moon travels 585.5 million miles each year.  Let me add here that I have found so very many ways in which the moon seems to have been custom designed to remind us of Jesus, mostly by correlations of its physical specifications to scripture.  The Earth seems to relate to God's people or God's bride in a great many ways, and the moon to Jesus in a great many ways.  That is what I have found anyway, and there are articles about it near the top of the articles list on the Deeds of God website for people who would be curious to see the specifics.  But now...back on track...

     So, what if we take that number which quantifies the distance traveled during Earth's yearly sojourn around the sun, 584 million miles, and we take the 5, the 8, and the 4 and go to the Bible's 5th book (Deuteronomy) to that book's 8th chapter, and look at its 4th verse?  What is going on in those passages?  We read there that God's people the Israelites have just finished their own great epic journey, their sojourn in the Sinai Peninsula is at its end, it lasted 40 years to the exact day, and it's being pointed out to them by Moses that they have been watched over and preserved and protected like precious and cared for children really, all that time.  Here are those verses from Deuteronomy 8:

8 Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may enter and possess the land the Lord promised on oath to your ancestors. ² Remember how the Lord your God led you all the way in the wilderness these forty years, to humble and test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands. ³ He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. ⁴ Your clothes did not wear out and your feet did not swell during these forty years. ⁵ Know then in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so the Lord your God disciplines you.

⁶ Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him. ⁷ For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land—a land with brooks, streams, and deep springs gushing out into the valleys and hills; ⁸ a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; ⁹ a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills.

¹⁰ When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you. ¹¹ Be careful that you do not forget the Lord your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day. ¹² Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, ¹³ and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, ¹⁴ then your heart will become proud and you will forget the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. ¹⁵ He led you through the vast and dreadful wilderness, that thirsty and waterless land, with its venomous snakes and scorpions. He brought you water out of hard rock. ¹⁶ He gave you manna to eat in the wilderness, something your ancestors had never known, to humble and test you so that in the end it might go well with you. ¹⁷ You may say to yourself, “My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.” ¹⁸ But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.

¹⁹ If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed. ²⁰ Like the nations the Lord destroyed before you, so you will be destroyed for not obeying the Lord your God.

     So here is a mighty and also 'mighty unlikely' correlation between first a finished journey by Earth, the home of God's people as the Father provides us with all we need from His wonderful planet Earth while in fact we travel in the deadly desolation of empty space, and secondly of the Israelites in the time of Moses, somewhere between 1350 B.C. and 1250 B.C. many think, as they travel through the nearly waterless and foodless deadly desolation of the Sinai Peninsula while the Holy Father provided them with all that they needed.  The Sinai has some food and water, but enough for a traveling crowd of well over a million Israelite wanderers? (Estimates inferred from there being over 600,000 adult males mentioned is that the implied population was 2.5 to 3 million total souls!  And the land was very barren.)  Only through the amazing provision of God were so many wandering Israelites provided for!  Yet considering the deadly conditions of outer space, the abundantly life-friendly Earth is even more of a miracle.  Yet Jesus is our source of eternal life and Earthly protection, sent by the Almighty Father but mercifully willing to do that work for us unworthy humans.  And we are sinners, and rebels against our Maker, and unloving towards our fellow God-formed humans that we are allowed to live around...fellow works of the Lord...fellow reflectors of the Lords creative mastery.

      Earlier in the article I mentioned how the moon (which I think was designed to bring Jesus to mind whenever men look at it or study its physical characteristics) travels not 584 million, but 585.5 million miles each year, right?  Well, if you look at verse 5 above (Deuteronomy, the Bible's book number 5, chapter 8, verse 5) it mentions the word "son", and likens the treatment that a man gives his son to the treatment that the Father gives the people of Israel.  And one of the great fundamental beliefs of Christianity is that, though Christians are still sinful, when the journey is complete we will be treated by the Father in accordance with His love for His Son Jesus, rather than in accordance with the sinful failings and offences of our lives, providing we strive to remain in Jesus throughout our lives. 

      I have come to be fully convinced that the person or persons who engaged in the task of breaking up God's words in the Bible into chapters and verses was indeed led by God.  In a Protestant Bible especially, I find so many amazing "mathematical to Bible to Physics" intersections or correlations or mathematical correspondences.  They are often amazing and extremely unlikely ones, related not just by numbers and scientific facts but by scriptural context of the correlating chapters and verses.  On this Deeds of God website I've started labeling these using the word 'physics' in the titles of the articles so that people can use the search bar at the top of the site's home page to isolate only this sort of physics related account if they find them worth looking into.  I think any scientist ought to give these articles some consideration.  They reveal a startling truth, honestly:  the author of the Bible books had intimate knowledge of the design specifics of the universe long before we began to discover and quantify them.  

     Yes, whoever provided the words that are in the Bible (Many of us believe we know it to be the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit) also seems to have made it abundantly plain that He knew a very great deal about the exact physical characteristics of the 'God created' universe we live in.  I am talking about distances and speeds and force magnitudes and constants that we modern-day humans have really only begun to narrow down in the last 400 years of so, scientifically derived values which we are still fine tuning.  But words in the Bible...sometimes words from around 3,300 or 3,400 years ago in the case of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy...the Books of Moses...display quite precise knowledge of these values far predating our own, using our own English System's preferred units.  Why do units from the English System of units and measures (British Imperial Units or United States Customary Units systems) always seem to be the ones that correlate with the Bible?  I do not know?  I am open to the thought that since it is the one I am familiar with it is natural that I am able to see correlations more easily using that system of units.  But my own privately held working theory is that God easily saw that many of the great scientific discoveries of our recent centuries would be made in a day when the English language and systems were in common and wide spread use. 

     It is said in the Bible's scriptures that the universe reveals the identity of its Creator, and the more we learn, the more we can see that it truly does so.  Consider verse 20 especially in Romans Chapter 1: v. 18 - 25  :

¹⁸ The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, ¹⁹ since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. ²⁰ For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

²¹ For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. ²² Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools ²³ and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

²⁴ Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. ²⁵ They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

     It is a mighty God we serve, and He tells us to repent of our sins, ask Jesus to be our Lord and commit to following His teachings, be baptized in water and the Holy Spirit, and then follow His Son Jesus, honoring God and being loving to our neighbor and telling others about the Gospel of Jesus who can save men's souls if we will serve Him wholeheartedly.  This is our assignment!  And it is the only given path to eternal salvation the teachings of Jesus assure us.  Isn't it foolish to doubt so powerful a Lord, the Son of Almighty God, the sender of God's great Holy Spirit, who has given us so many great proofs and signs to go along with the feelings of peace and love and assurance inside of our hearts? 

     Science can be great for studying God's work and His methods, but specifically concerning God's existence, His obvious existence, they are confused and will mislead billions of souls to Hell, I believe, souls assured by the scientists that there is only natural selection and chemical evolution to be credited with the living creatures we see.  Such impossible hogwash, such odds-defying idiocy.  Scientists could at least admit the obvious:  for such perennially balanced and preserved complexity as we have discovered, both in the living and non-living portions of Creation, to have arisen in the first place and to have then worked in harmony for even so little as thousands of years for the effective benefit of mankind is surely not a credible possibility through chance occurrences by any path allowed by the laws of probabilities.  Even scientists should have no problems admitting that the Creation in all its wondrous aspects could not have arisen apart from intelligent design.  That's not empty dogma...such self preserving intricacy simply could not have come through atoms accidentally bumping into other atoms without plan, direction, or ultimate purpose.  There is no smallest hope that that's how life developed as we see it today.  Scientists are being wickedly irresponsible to continue peddling such drivel, and professionally remiss to not condemn its continued existence as a hypothesis.  But their community is so determinedly anti-God, punitively policing their ranks for non-conformists with openly God affirming view points that even their most courageous will seldom step forward to insist that the obvious be acknowledged, that the probabilities favor intelligent design, and when some courageous scientists do publicly proclaim this truth, they are bad-mouthed nearly to death by the misled hordes of fellows scientists who imagine it a matter of high-mindedness, superior intellect and astute discernment to dogmatically claim that there is no God.  Not satisfied to condemn just their own souls to Hell, they work to forcefully misguide others, who listen to them concerning our human origins and early history, to end up there as well.

     There is some sort of evil spirit or group of spirits that works, largely undetected, to pervade the scientific community, I truly do believe it, some spirit that generally covers their entire group like a blanket, nearly forbidding them to surrender one of Satan's most successful remaining strongholds:  the misuse of science to ruin innocent souls.  Such group effecting spirits are mentioned in scripture such as the spirit (this one given by God, though, and therefore not evil but disciplinary because the Jews largely rejected Jesus their Messiah back in his ministry years on Earth) that keeps Jewish believers, even to this day, largely unable to discern that Jesus is the Messiah they had waited for.  From Romans 11:

⁷ What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The elect among them did, but the others were hardened, ⁸ as it is written:

     We need many more scientific heroes (there already are some, thank Jesus!) to step out and at least go so far as to admit the odds certainly do not favor incidental design of our amazing universe and the life forms we have found and studied.  Scientists, seize the opportunity.  At least be a powerful voice for intelligent design...that gets listening people part way to the truth and will probably save a billion souls before the story is over.  And it is truly intellectual honesty on the part of any scientist.  It could definitely lead to saved souls.  And may yours be one, scientist!   May the souls of converted Christ-believing scientists be among those saved.
